I feel the peace

Of joy  and  fun

My spirit is.

If we are the One

The Divine presence

So   much respect

We sure deserve

No judgments either

For  we   are  one

If I judge you

I judge myself.

Listen to all.

TOUCH OF WISDOM...PURE INTELLIGENCE

It was a nice touch of wisdom

       That I know it comes from God

 What a feeling was to see

         What a smile...even in him

Since what he said is not he

 Joy in me when I realized

             Observing trouble has stopped

                   Since then all of their mistakes

             Accepted with kind of fun

              I didn't have time to think

Looking at ourselves

There is harmony

Every cell of us

It’s great we don’t need

To think nor to plan

Accurate competence.
 

An eye doesn’t try

To be like an ear

It’s like an orchestra

Unique symphony.

Sometimes I have caught

Myself in stress

Tense my body, neck….

My face is all wrinkled

I give it some thought

And then realize

Why not to let go

My body knows best.

I’m grateful for that

For catching myself

There’s no more distress

Since now I’m in charge

Without resistance

But peace in the knowledge

It is what it is

What I feel ...in... the now
 

Being able to write

I’m grateful for that

Process and connections

Are moving my muscles

My nerves, impulses

And even my eyes

Don’t forget my breath

Excited at times

My heart pumping hard

Did I say all that?

Brain amazing circuitry

Complex and perfect

Labour effortlessly.

Dearest living thing

From which we should learn

To live in full peace

Like the body of Christ

Each mind your own business

Joy in other’s tasks

And accomplishment

In collaboration

And togetherness

Cause is God’s creation

Everything is right!

Mutations are bad?

In the plan of God?

Autistics and dwarfs

Precious sons of God

From them we do learn

Acceptance….to say…

Unconditional love

Great sincerity

And so.....

I surrender all

All my signs of sadness

Any kind of suffering

Any kind of loss

All anxieties

Surrender my doubts

Surrender my weakness

And even my joy

I give it up all

I let go deceptions

I don’t care no more.

I give up desires

For material things

Knowing have it all

Most..my soul. My being.

It is the same principle

My body and my life

Both of them are ruled

By the grace of God

But if we do worry

And pretend to fix

We spoil the results. 

All that separation

I want to correct

All those wrong conceptions

I want to forget.

THE SUPPLY

What is the dominion
Human being do have?
Over everything
Including their will

              Detachment is freedom
                           No earthly desires
                                    Free also we are
                            When nothing to expect

                                            Like an apple tree

                                    When fruits are not there

                                                They soon will appear,

                                                  We don’t even question

                                                           Nor less do we care

                                                                But soon will appear

                                                                 It’s the law of nature

                                        Supply is always there

                                         Air.... water......... and earth

                                        No  thought  on  the  process

                                           Makes sooner the fruit.

                                         Same with our lives is
                                Life, like the apple tree

                    Supply and abundance

           We only need to trust
It’s the law we are.

                                                     It is difficult that a man

                                                          Being born in a poor land

                                                              Desire an expensive outfit

                                                                 Only... if he sees it in his mind

                                        It’s kind of attraction

Universe in charge

                  Depends on our vision

                                   And calm in within

                        

Uncover illusions

And  just  let it be

And see all the effects

Of   our   consciousness...

What  principles rule our lives?

What perception our minds?

Everyone different is

Its basic guidelines

In how to behave

And better it is

At cheering our life.

What I like to get

I don’t know the goal

But safeguarding us all.

The love that He shares

MEDITATION

To align with higher conscious

And to get all of benefits

All goodness, love, happiness

Guidance, wisdom and strength

To receive…engaging grace

Creativity or insight

Or our body in health work well

Or even things fixed for us.

I mean…Every One of us

This goes beyond all religions

All dogmas rituals beliefs

For all minds…our vast wise minds

Universal consciousness.
 

Forget what I have just said

Let go... giving up desires

All problems, all of our ills

And all of our lover’s needs

And connect with the One source

Goddess, God or the divine….

Anyway….within yourself

Let our spiritual being be

Let us feel it in within

The sublime intelligence

That makes us all to breathe.

In a receptive state of mind

Of divine wisdom be aware

In harmony with ourselves

With the nature of our beings.

It’s not task of one day

Alpha waves... theta waves

Adjusting to the new state

Getting back to the real you.

Takes its time and discipline

And maybe some knowledge helps

Quantum Physics..... frequencies

Vibration...... what’s on your way.
And for some it is better shortcuts
With mushrooms or DMT
And for some it is with mantra
like ah…omm..so.....si...ham...
Or with chanting they transcend

They may breathe singular sounds

 Or may see a beam of light

Or begin to contemplate

And learn from nature itself

And for some it is…Just being

And release some dopamine.
